Gammon Steaks

Our gammon is dry cured from fresh whole legs of pork, hung to dry in the chiller for a week and then rolled and tied by hand. The steaks are individually vacuum packed, and though we try to offer portions of 200g - 250g it is a natural product and the weight can therefore vary.
