The pork is boned and rolled, and cut in joints of approx. 1 kg to 2500g, with the rind left on. You can also order larger pieces up to whole legs of around 7kg if you’re really pushing the boat out! €12 per kilo.
A big piece of tender lean meat with a layer of fat on the outside to keep it nice and moist. We use a cut called "Salmon cut" or "Eye round" which comes in pieces of 2 to 3kg. Choose the size you'd like here below. €20 per kilo.
