Leg of Pork

The pork is boned and rolled, and cut in joints of approx. 1 kg to 2500g, with the rind left on. You can also order larger pieces up to whole legs of around 7kg if you’re really pushing the boat out! €12 per kilo.

Dry Cured Ham Joint

Due to popular demand we can now offer our ham joints all year round. Dry cured, then cut and rolled to order, these are available in sizes from 1kg to 7kg. €16 per kilo.

We now supply New Zealand Lamb. These free range legs of lamb are frozen and are approx. 1.5 - 2kg. €18 per kilo
